- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. beef tips, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles
Directions

1In large skillet, add butter, onions and beef cubes.

2Stir-fry until beef is browned (about 10 minutes).

3Add cream of mushroom soup, milk and cream cheese until creamy.

4Simmer on low for 20 minutes.

5Cook noodles to package directions and combine with cream cheese mixture.
