- 1 stick plus 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. flour (pastry or cake flour best)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream butter or margarine and cream cheese until smooth.

2Blend in flour and salt.

3Chill dough (keep extra in fridge).

4Roll out 1/8-inch thick.

5Cut in 2-inch rounds.

6Put tiny dab of raspberry and/or apricot preserves.

7Fold double and bake at 425° to 450° for about 10 minutes.

8Remove hot cookies with a spatula to wire cooling racks and using sifter sift confectioners sugar onto cookies while they are hot (store in refrigerator).
