- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7/8 cup butter at room temperature
- 7/8 cup cream
- 1 buckwheat flour kilo
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Mix the sugar with the eggs and butter until you get a fluffy cream, then add the cream.

3Mix the flour and yeast with a wooden spoon, and add to above mixture. Mix by hand.

4Shape small cookies, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

5Bake for 15 minutes.
