  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 7/8 cup butter at room temperature
  • 7/8 cup cream
  • 1 buckwheat flour kilo
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Mix the sugar with the eggs and butter until you get a fluffy cream, then add the cream.

    Mix the flour and yeast with a wooden spoon, and add to above mixture. Mix by hand.

    Shape small cookies, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
