Ingredients
- 2 can cream corn
- 2 can kernel corn drained
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup jiffy muffin mix
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 and grease a 13x9 baking dish

2In large bowl mix cream corn, kernel corn, eggs, sour cream, jiffy, sugar, and salt/pepper until well blended.

3Pour in dish.

4Cube the butter and dot over casserole.

5Gently stir in mixture.

6Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.

7It will be a tad jiggly in the middle, so don't be alarmed.

8Let set for a couple minutes and it will firm up more.

9You have to take it out when it gets golden or the bottom will burn.
