  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin bread mix
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can cream corn
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Combine corn bread mix, cream corn, kernel corn, sour cream, eggs and melted margarine;

    Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
