- 1 (3 lb.) green cabbage
- 1 c. cooked spinach
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 5 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- pepper
- salt
Directions

1Rinse cabbage; boil whole in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well; mix together remaining ingredients except oil and water.

2Spread leaves gently; insert some stuffing and wrap until all is used.

3Place in baking dish and cover with oil, add water to 1/2 inch.

4Bake for 25 minutes at 350° or until cabbage is tender.

5Add hot water to pan if dry.

6Makes 4 servings.
