Ingredients
- 2 oz (56 grm). rolled oats
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) single malt or blended whisky
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) soft cream cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) whipping cream, whipped to peak
- 3 cups (700 ml) mixed fruit i.e. chopped peaches, raspberries, or other soft fruit with colour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipping cream, whipped (for garnish)
Directions

1Mix in bowl rolled oats, whiskey and honey.

2Marinate overnight, covered in refrigerator.

3Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

4Fold in whipped cream and 2 cups (475 ml) fruit.

5Stir in oatmeal reserve.

6Place mixture into wine glasses and top with fruit.

7Decorate with extra whipping cream.
