- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cream together cream cheese and sugar.

2Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust.

3Blend together in pan the pudding and milk.

4Heat to boil.

5Cool and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

6Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
