  • 1 1/2 ounces milk
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Club soda

    Combine all ingredients except the crushed ice and soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

    Put the crushed ice in a highball glass, and strain in the mixture.

    Add soda to fill and stir quickly to make it foam up.
