  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour (scant)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add boiling water and stir well. Add cream and stir.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake 20 minutes at 400°.

    Lower to 350° and bake for 10 minutes.
