Cream Puff Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • chocolate syrup

Directions

    Bring water and margarine to a boil.

    Stir in flour and continue to stir until it forms a ball.

    Remove from heat; add eggs, one at a time (make sure each egg is mixed into dough before adding next one).

    Spread on ungreased jelly roll pan.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400° until golden brown.

    Poke hole in bubbles and let cool.

    Cream pudding and cheese; add milk and mix with electric beater.

    Spread on top of crust.

    Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

    Refrigerate 1/2 hour; cut and serve.
