- 1 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 small boxes French vanilla pudding (chocolate chip vanilla good, too)
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Bring to a boil 1 cup water and 1 stick margarine.

2Gradually stir in 1 cup flour (use whisk to avoid lumps).

3Take from stove. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6When cool, beat cream cheese until smooth.

7Add 2 1/2 cups milk and the pudding; spread on cake.

8Top with Cool Whip.
