Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping

Directions

    Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball.

    Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

    Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch or equivalent jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 400° to 425° for 25 minutes or until brown.

    Cool completely.

    Beat cream cheese until soft. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.

    Add pudding and beat for 2 minutes.

    Spread over cooled puff.

    Mix whipped topping according to directions and spread on top of pudding.

    Drizzle with chocolate syrup or top with fresh fruit.
