- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
Directions

1Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.

2Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball.

3Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

4Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch or equivalent jelly roll pan.

5Bake at 400° to 425° for 25 minutes or until brown.

6Cool completely.

7Beat cream cheese until soft. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.

8Add pudding and beat for 2 minutes.

9Spread over cooled puff.

10Mix whipped topping according to directions and spread on top of pudding.

11Drizzle with chocolate syrup or top with fresh fruit.
