Cream Puff Dough

Directions

   Mix the milk, butter and salt in a heavy saucepan.

   Bring to a boil.

   Add the flour all at once, stirring well with wooden spatula.

   Cook the dough for 2 or 3 minutes on medium heat to dry out and then place in cold bowl.
