Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Add flour and salt, all at once, stirring vigorously over medium-high heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.

    Remove from heat and cool 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly with a wooden spoon after each addition, then beat until dough is smooth.

    Drop Cream Puff Pastry into 8 equal mounds 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

    Cut off tops and pull out soft dough.

    Fill with pudding. Put tops back on.
