Cream Puff Pie Chocolate Eclair

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
  • 1 can creamy chocolate icing
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds

Directions

    Beat sugar, milk and pudding; mix until smooth.

    Fold in Cool Whip or Dream Whip.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil.

    Place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of foil pan; top with 1/2 of pudding mixture, then add another layer of graham crackers.

    Add rest of pudding mixture, then finish with layer of graham crackers on top and ice with chocolate icing, then add almonds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
