Ingredients: 1 c. water; 1/2 c. margarine; 1 c. flour; 1/4 tsp. salt; 4 eggs; 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft); 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 c. whipping cream, whipped; 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted; 1 Tbsp. milk

1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp. milk

Directions

Bring water and margarine to a boil.

Add flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms ball.

Remove from heat.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Drop ten 1/2 cupfuls of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet to form 9-inch ring.

Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from cookie sheet immediately.

Cool.
