Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Bring water and margarine to a boil.

    Add flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms ball.

    Remove from heat.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Drop ten 1/2 cupfuls of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet to form 9-inch ring.

    Bake at 400° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from cookie sheet immediately.

    Cool.
