Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
Directions

1In small saucepan combine water, sugar, salt and butter. Bring to boil.

2Add flour all at once.

3Stir quickly to form large ball.

4Remove from heat.

5Cool 2 minutes.

6Put mixture in medium sized bowl and add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

7With small ice cream scoop measure a mound of dough on a nonstick baking sheet 3 inches apart.

8Bake 10 minutes at 400° and lower to 350° and bake 25 minutes more.

9Cool completely.

10Cut off 1/3 top and remove any soft part.

11Can be filled with pudding for dessert or chicken salad or tuna salad.
