- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water.

2Add salt and flour all at one time.

3Stir vigorously until mixture forms ball.

4Add eggs one at a time, beating well until smooth.

5Do this until all eggs are beaten in.

6Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.

8Reduce to 350° for 20 more minutes.

9Cool. Fill with pudding, ice cream, etc.
