- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2In medium saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.

3Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

4Stir in flour and salt.

5Cook over medium heat until mixture leaves sides of pan in smooth compact ball, about 2 minutes, stirring vigorously.

6Remove from heat.

7Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating vigorously after each until mixture is smooth and glossy.

8Do not underbeat.
