- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat water and butter to boil; stirring over heat 1 minute. Add flour and stir until ball forms.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.

3Drop 1/4 c. of dough 3 inches apart on baking sheet.

4Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400° until golden brown.

5Cool away from draft.

6Cut off tops, pull out soft dough.

7Fill with whipped cream or prepared pudding.

8Replace tops and dust with powdered sugar.

9Refrigerate until ready to serve.
