- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- vanilla cream pudding or sweetened whipped cream
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour.

3Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at one time; continue beating until smooth.

6Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls 3-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.

8Cool away from draft. Cut off tops.

9Pull out any filaments of soft dough.

10Carefully fill puffs with vanilla cream pudding.

11Replace tops, dust with confectioners sugar.

12Refrigerate until serving time.
