- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve butter in boiling water.

2Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly (about five minutes).

3Cool until lukewarm.

4Beat in eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

5Drop in heaping tbsp on greased cookie sheet.

6Keep each mound well apart.

7Bake in preheated oven 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

8Then 375 degrees for 25 minutes to 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

9Cool and fill with sweetened whipped cream or cream filling.

10(I use cooked vanilla pudding.)

11Frost with chocolate or maple icing (optional).
