- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2In medium saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.

3Stir in flour and salt.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring vigorously, until mixture leaves side of pan. Remove from heat.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is smooth and glossy.

6Spoon 6 mounds, about 3-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

8Split and remove any filaments of soft dough.

9Fill as desired.
