- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat 1 cup water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in flour all at once.

2Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.

3Remove from heat.

4Beat in thoroughly the eggs, one at a time.

5Beat mixture until smooth.

6Drop large spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake until dry at 400°, about 45 to 50 minutes.

8Cool slowly.

9Cut in half and fill with whipped cream.
