- 1 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat water and margarine until almost boiling.

2Remove from heat.

3Add flour and baking powder.

4Return to heat, beat vigorously with wooden spoon until ball forms.

5Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly, until eggs disappear. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet, forming 12 large or 20 small puffs.

6Bake immediately at 425° for 15 minutes.

7Lower heat to 350° and cook until beads of moisture disappear.
