  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 pt. whipping cream (follow directions on pkg. for whipped cream)

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Bring water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Add oil, salt and flour all at once.

    Cook, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a compact ball.

    Do not over cooked.
