- 1 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. instant pudding mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pt. heavy cream
Directions

1Combine butter and water; cook until it comes to a rolling boil.

2Add cup of flour; keep stirring until it forms a rolling ball.

3Remove from heat; stir in the eggs.

4Mix until smooth.

5Heat oven to 400°.

6Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.

7Use about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cream puff.

8Yields 12 to 14 cream puffs.
