- 1/2 cup butter or margaine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 boxes vanilla pudding instant French
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy cream Mix all ingred
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, melt butter.

2Add water; bring to a boil.

3Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.

4Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that does not separate.

5Remove from heat, cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

6Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition for 1 to 2 minutes or till spoon.

7Drop batter by heaping tablespoon 3 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.

8Bake in a 400 degree oven about 30 minutes or til golden brown and puffy.

9Remove from oven; split, removing any soft dough inside.

10Cool on a wire rack.
