  • 1/2 cup butter or margaine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding instant French
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream Mix all ingred

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, melt butter.

    Add water; bring to a boil.

    Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.

    Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that does not separate.

    Remove from heat, cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition for 1 to 2 minutes or till spoon.

    Drop batter by heaping tablespoon 3 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.

    Bake in a 400 degree oven about 30 minutes or til golden brown and puffy.

    Remove from oven; split, removing any soft dough inside.

    Cool on a wire rack.
