- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 room temperature eggs
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 pt. milk (whole)
Directions

1Heat water and butter until melted.

2Add flour; stir until paste-like consistency.

3Add 4 large eggs that are room temperature.

4Drop dough onto cookie sheets about 1 tablespoon each.

5Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes more or until browned lightly.

7When cool, slice in half. Fill with whipped mixture.

8Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Refrigerate, then serve.
