Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 room temperature eggs
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 pt. milk (whole)

Directions

    Heat water and butter until melted.

    Add flour; stir until paste-like consistency.

    Add 4 large eggs that are room temperature.

    Drop dough onto cookie sheets about 1 tablespoon each.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes more or until browned lightly.

    When cool, slice in half. Fill with whipped mixture.

    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Refrigerate, then serve.
