- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Melt margarine in water.

2Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously.

3Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

4Remove from heat.

5Cool slightly.

6Add eggs one at a time, beating after each until smooth.

7Drop on greased sheet.

8Bake at 400° until brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven; split.

9Cool on racks.
