- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in saucepan.

3Stir in flour.

4Stir over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about one minute; remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at once.

6Beat until smooth.

7Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

8Bake until puffed and golden, 35 to 40 minutes.

9Cool away from drafts.

10Cut off tops and remove soft dough.

11Fill with cream filling and replace tops; dust with powdered sugar.

12Refrigerate until serving time.

13Makes 6 cream puffs.
