  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine water, shortening and salt.

    Bring to boil.

    Reduce to low and add flour; beat until smooth and ball clings.

    Remove from heat.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Beat until smooth.

    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or golden brown and almost dry.
