- 3 lb. peeled shrimp
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet; add chopped garlic.

2Add shrimp; cook until pink.

3Cook in small amount of water the chopped celery, pepper and onion until tender.

4Drain water and add shrimp.

5Add mushroom soup.

6Cook on low until well heated.

7Serve over cooked rice.
