Cream Spinach with Nutmeg

- 1 lb Fresh spinach
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Fresh grated nutmeg ( use)
- 1 tbsp Regular flour ( all purpose )
Directions

1Wash spinach very good , until no dirt coming out.

2Put them in a small pan, cover, cook about 4 minutes , don't over cook them.

3When is cool to touch , squeeze out water from spinach , but save the juice, we will need it for later.

4Chop the spinach, and keep it aside

5Melt the butter , then add flour , stir continually , don't let flour burn, add milk keep stirring, until hollandaise sauce get thickens , if so dry add your saved spinach juice.

6Add your nutmeg,

7Add your spinach,stir very good and you are set.
