- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix together cream-style corn, milk, chopped onion and green pepper.

2Separate egg yolks from whites.

3Beat whites until stiff. Add seasoned bread crumbs to mixture until it thickens.

4Add butter (3 to 4 Tbsp.) and add yolk.

5Mix together well.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

8Bake at 325° or 350° until top is brown, approximately 45 minutes.
