- 6 ears corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut corn from cob, cutting only about 1/2 of kernel; scrape cob.

2Put corn in pan and add milk, butter and salt and pepper. Cook slowly on low heat, stirring often as this will scorch very easily.

3Cook 10 to 15 minutes after it comes to a boil.
