- 22 c. sweet corn
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 lb. butter
Directions

1Cut 22 cups raw sweet corn off cob.

2Put corn in large roaster.

3Pour in half and half.

4Cut butter into 1/2 cubes and stir in sugar.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

7Ready to eat or cool in cold water and place in bags to freeze.
