- salt
- a little cayenne pepper
- 1 c. cream
Directions

1Beat together the egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, butter, salt and cayenne pepper.

2Put the mixture into a saucepan and stir until it boils.

3Then stir in 1 cup cream.

4Let come to a boil.

5Pour hot mixture over cooked cabbage.
