- 2 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Boil carrots in water and salt until tender.

2Mix cornstarch with milk; stir until it's mixed well.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Add cornstarch mixture to carrots, stirring as you pour.

5When carrots begin to thicken, turn off heat and add margarine.
