- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels (about 8 ears)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large skillet over medium heat, pour in milk and cornstarch; mix well.

2Add margarine, corn and seasonings.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 10 minutes.

5Serve immediately.
