- 1 large can corn drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2/3 c. pickled jalapeno slices drained
- 2/3 c. cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt the butter, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is done.

2Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes.

3Add the jalapenos and stir into the corn mixture.

4Stir in the cream cheese.

5Cook over low heat until the cream cheese has melted and the corn kernels are coated in the mixture.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.
