  • 8 ears corn
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Put butter, milk and cream in a double boiler and stir constantly until blended.

    Add raw corn cut from the cob and mix well.

    Cook 20 minutes longer (5 to 10 minutes longer, depending on thickness desired).
