- 8 ears corn, cut and scrape the corn and pulp from the cobs
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. flour
- water to cover
Directions

1Put corn with pulp, butter or margarine and water in pot. Cover; bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.

2Mix together milk, sugar, flour, salt and pepper.

3Add enough water to keep the mixture in a liquid form.

4Pour mixture into corn.

5Stir and let simmer.

6Total cooking time approximately 15 minutes.
