  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 4 cans Shoepeg Corn (10 Oz Cans)

Directions

    Cut butter and cream cheese into small slices. Combine/mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (stirring occasionally), or until cream cheese and butter are melted. Add salt and/or pepper as desired.
