  • 1 c FLOUR
  • 1 T SUGAR
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 C creamed corn
  • 1 C buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T oil

Directions

    preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    put skillet in oven.

    mix dry ingredients.

    mix rest in another bowl except oil.

    add dry mix to wet and blend.

    grease pan with oil.

    add batter and bake until corn bread is golden brown, abt 20 minutes
