  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 small pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Saute pepper and onion.

    Mix all except sour cream and cheese and put in greased casserole.

    Cover with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
