  • 4 cups fresh corn or 4 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
