  • 3 medium cucumbers, washed, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 container sour cream
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix the salad dressing or mayonnaise, sugar, sour cream and salt and pepper.

    Put a layer of cucumbers and a layer of dressing mix twice.

    Garnish with paprika or dill seed.
