  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. white sauce

Directions

    Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Combine egg yolks with next 7 ingredients.

    Beat together until well blended and smooth.

    Fill whites with yolk mixture.

    Pour sauce over the eggs in baking pan. Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
